March: Spotlight - Margaret Richardson

The Heritage Museum has an extensive collection of medical items, which are on permanent exhibit. While Pictures of Nursing: The Zwerdling Postcard exhibit is visiting, the museum will highlight Margaret Macauley Richardson, a local nurse who served in the Spanish-American War. One of Margaret’s nursing outfits, along with some photographs and personal belongings, will be on display, while a more extensive collection will be available on the museum’s website.
