On October 5, 2024 downtown Independence is host to Apparition Avenue and the Ghost Walk. During these events, we host a small halloweeny craft fair to help folks get into the spirit of the Halloween season.

The Halloween Craft Fair is from 4PM to 9PM in downtown Independence, at Riverview Park. The vendors are set up in the plaza by the downtown fountain. Set up begins at 2PM and vendors must be ready to sell by 4PM.

We have enough space for 10 vendors. Each space is 10' x 10'.Only vendors with art, photography, crafts and other items related to Halloween will be accepted. We do not accept third party vendors. Vendor spaces are $20, with an additional $10 for power.

We will reach out to you within 72 hours of receiving your vendor application to let you know whether or not you have been approved.

In 2023, we had an estimated 2,000 at the event.
